About Youth Bridge

Youth Bridge Services offered: Offers a residential substance abuse treatment center for teens, a therapeutic group home for adjudicated males and a transitional living program for homeless young adults. Programs vary in intensity and duration depending on the diagnosis and needs of each client.

Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.

Mission Statement: Changing the lives of our youth by providing preventive services, counseling, and shelter that strengthens families and builds stronger communities.

Hours of operation: 24 Hours. 7 Days.
Fees: Free for eligible DYS and DCFS. Sliding Scale Fee for all others
