Youth Bridge services offered: Offers a residential substance abuse treatment center for teens, a therapeutic group home for adjudicated males and a transitional living program for homeless young adults.
Programs vary in intensity and duration depending on the diagnosis and needs of each client.
Note: Apartments may not have openings or may have long waiting lists. Call for complete details.
Mission Statement: We are here to change the lives of our children by providing preventative services, counseling, and shelter to strengthen families and build stronger communities. Youth Bridge is committed to helping the children in our community. Not only do we want to see a happier and healthier future generation, we want to see families that support one another. We have services and programs available for a range of issues that today’s children are facing.
Fees: Free for eligible DYS and DCFS. Sliding Scale Fee for all others.
