The mission of the Community Action Agency of Delaware County, Inc. (CAADC, Inc.) and its affiliate corporations and partnerships is to assist families and individuals to move toward economic self-sufficiency and reduce their dependence on public support through innovative approaches to programs including: provision of professional case management services, life skills training, employment training, provision of social services, and housing, community and economic development. Yes. CAADC did provide for the Highland Motel but funding ran out. I am self pay and almost out of money. I am currently the I.O.P. program at MVP Recovery at 206 S. Orange in Media.

My son is looking for pre approved parole housing. He found a job in Delaware Co. near Aston. Must you be an addict to get housing here? If so, are there any homes for non-addicts entering the real world. It would be temporary until he can find a place of his own.
