Next Door Inc, Programs: Residential Rehabilitation This Roots of Recovery program is for women with current DUI and/or drug-related convictions. Some eligible women will be court ordered to receive treatment or under the supervision of the Tennessee Board of Probation and Parole Non-medical low-intensity residential treatment program that typically lasts four to six weeks Includes 24 hour monitoring, comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment planningIntensive Outpatient For women who have a stable living situation and may benefit from receiving intensive treatment four days a week Features comprehensive assessment and planning, trauma-informed individual and group counseling, intensive case management and substance and relapse prevention in a non-residential setting for as long as clinically appropriateOutpatient For women who have a stable living situation and benefit from long-term recovery aftercare services Includes weekly individual counseling as neededTransitional Housing The Residential Treatment Center serves women who are currently free from substance use, at-risk for relapse without a stable living situation or are re-entering society from incarceration Provides a structured six month program that includes: Transitional Housing 12-Step Addiction Recovery Support Individual and Group Counseling Workforce Development Support Intensive Case Management Family Education and ReunificationEligible women have either completed treatment services with The Next Door or are referred from the criminal justice system only Lifetime Recovery Management Aftercare services available to any Next Door program client Peer-facilitated support with clinical staff assistance Offers encouragement, support and accountability for sustaining recoveryPermanent Housing The Freedom Recovery Community is a permanent housing complex near downtown Nashville offering 20 apartments to single women and women with children diagnosed with substance abuse addiction and/or mental illness. This unique community offers safe affordable housing combined with a continuum of recovery support services offered on-site including family counseling, prevision services and job support.
