Heroin and I've been using for over a decade

i have been trying to stop injecting meth. i used for almost 10years straight and for the past 1.5 years now i can get sober and stay clean for couple months , then at the very second i am by myself i start to think and i end up relapsing. no matter how hard i try and how much forward progress i make as soon as i remember any issue or trauma that ive had i instantly run from the pain and use.
