There were tree leaves on the property. A man used a leaf blower, blowing the leaves in the street. My house is down a few houses across the street. He cleared the houses next to the recovery house. He then proceeded to blow ALL the leaves down the street. This side of the street was clear and clean. It is a mess now. He shouldn't give us that mess instead of cleaning it up. Put it on someone else. The house has been a problem. The rescue EMT come about once a week. Now we have to clean up after them.
