Description:

Cascade House, with a capacity of 35 family members, houses homeless single females with children 17 years of age and below. This program offers much more than a room and provides education, intervention, economic resources, and support to help women achieve self-sufficiency. There is a six to eighteen month maximum stay.

Intake hours:24 hours daily
Eligibility:women and children; male child must be 17 years of age and below; clients should have a verifiable income, be in enrolled in school, or enrolled in a job-training program
Intake procedure:telephone
Documents:Housing application; TB test results; written referral from current shelter if coming from another shelter, it should include a brief family history
